Updates and Backups
To ensure your website doesn’t break and is less susceptible to security issues, we carry out routine updates for plugins, WordPress, and PHP. We will also backup your website regularly.
Using our update and backup service ensures that if we encounter any issues, including security breaches or any downtime with your website, that we will fix and deal with them.
Content/Product Updates
Do you regularly update your website with content (e.g. blog posts) or products but don’t have the time?
We can take the load off through our content and product update package and offer various options depending on your requirements.
Case Study – Dalla Mano
In October 2020 Advance Group, owners of Dalla Mano asked us to redesign their website, to provide a modern and responsive design to stand out amongst their competitors. Using our own MODOC-WEB process we designed and developed a website that exceeded our clients expectations.
Initial Meeting
In the initial meeting we discussed what the client needed:
- Number of pages and details for each page
- The objective of the website (e.g., brochure website, ecommerce etc.)
- Any unique functionality of the website
- The design and look of the website
Off Line Design
We started on the initial design for the website using a wireframe process, Photoshop and other design software to produce a prototype of how the website will look.
Design Review
We set up a ‘Design Review’ meeting with Dalla Mano to discuss our initial design and ask for feedback. If required we will make up to three adjustments before progressing to the development stage.
Off Line Development
We took the agreed wireframe design and functionality of the website to develop and produce the website offline.
Within this development process, we add essential plugins, including website security and backup and any relevant plugins for the agreed functionality of the website.
Final Checks
We complete a checklist of the website that includes:
- Website responsiveness for various devices.
- The functionality of the website
- All links are correct and link to the proper website pages
- Create a sitemap and set up Google analytics (if required)
- Activate SSL certificate and enable padlock icon in URL
- Set SEO titles and meta descriptions
- Test, test, test

We moved the website across to the web host and reviewed the website with Dalla Mano before the official launch!!
